Shipping
We currently ship our products throughout Australia at a flat rate of $15, via Express Post with Australia Post. Once your order has been sent we will email you with the parcel tracking details. Please note that whilst all efforts will be taken to dispatch your goods in a timely manner, Mill Foundry are not responsible for delays within the delivery service.
If you would prefer to utilise a courier service, or have your product hand delivered (Liverpool, NSW 2170 and locally surrounding areas), please contact us at studio@millfoundry.com prior to your purchase to discuss options.
Currently, we do not offer a standard shipping service internationally, however if you are interested in making a purchase please contact us at studio@millfoundry.com so that we can arrange a quote for freight to you.
Returns
Please select your products carefully as Mill Foundry does not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
All care is taken to manufacture to a high standard and packaged to ensure the products are protected within the shipping process, however in the event that a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, a repair, replacement, exchange or refund will be provided.
Please contact us at studio@millfoundry.com prior to the return of any goods if this has occured, including images and relevant order details where possible, so that we can advise on the returns process and discuss available options. Please note the cost of any shipping to return the item will be at the buyer’s expense. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to confirm the outcome regarding repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at studio@millfoundry.com and we will advise you on our returns process. Please note the cost of any shipping to return the item will be at the buyer’s expense. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
